My 2nd home for 9 months!
I had a wonderful stay here during my 9-month travel nursing contract in Iowa City! It truly felt like my second home. The townhouse is clean, comfortable, and in a quiet, walkable neighborhood. Its also just minutes from the hospital, making the commute incredibly easy. Danielle is an amazing landlord she's attentive, and always quick to respond if you need anything. The spacious fenced backyard is a huge bonus, and the layout is perfect for travel healthcare professionals or roommates. I highly recommend this townhouse and would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect home!
This townhouse was in a great location to work at UIHC. Tons of shops and restaurants near the property. The house was very well kept and has a huge backyard for dogs. Danielle was amazing! She was very quick to respond and always asking if there was anything we needed. I would definitely stay here again!
