Beautiful back deck with plenty of places to sit and "get away." 30 different bird varieties feed off two feeders and play in birdbath that is maintained by homeowners. Flat property. Clean. Nicely landscaped. Quiet neighborhood. Very nice neighbors that look out for one another but are not nosy.
Space
Homey center hall colonial. Spacious bedroom upstairs at end of hall. There is a sitting room next to the bedroom that can be used as a reading room. The house is very quiet. We as home owners are in and out and do have a small dog. We travel a lot. We would text to let you know when we were in town.
Neighborhood overview
Beautiful, quiet neighborhood with sidewalks on both sides of the street. Can walk for miles! Serene with tall trees and friendly neighbors - lots of walkers and runners! Our property is right on the edge of the neighborhood with a Food Lion, Aldi's, LIdls and WalMart within 2 blocks of our home and a Harris Teeter 1 mile from our home.
