The cottage is offered for 1-2 people, maximum, sharing the King bed. Guests of guests using the queen sized futon is by special arrangement for an additional per-night fee. Pets are allowed BY SPECIAL ARRANGEMENT with agreed upon guidelines and an agreed upon pet fee. There are two private, enclosed patios that are approximately 800+ sq.ft. total, ideal for pets and private space.
