Stayed for 15 months
Cute place with a cozy deck. Spent many an evening reading on the hammock in front. The neighborhood is safe and great for walks. Theres a view of the mountains from the place in winter, which I always enjoyed. Everything in the place is functional and comfortable, and the mini kitchen is workable for one person so long as you keep your meal plans simple and stay on top of the dishes (RV dishwasher works very well for this!) Friendly, always reasonable landlord.
