More than I had expected
I stayed 3 months at the Casita, Pedros place while I was looking to buy a house in Ashland. The studio has everything you could need and is extremely well thought through. Pedro made the place very comfortable. I loved my stay there and would recommend the place to anyone. Pedro was also super accommodating and communicative. He really cares about his place and about his tenants having a great experience. Besides recommending his place I feel like I also made a new friend.
