This is a private home that I live in. I am a 71 year old widow who just retired so converting the prior work space into rental. I also have been renting out the lower level of the home for 2 years and love have others in the home. You will have as much or as little interaction as you like. I am active so gone at times. I do have a beautiful Ragdoll cat named Bella who will great you and look for a pet on the head.

This unit is fully furnished with utilities included. Washer and dryer are on the main level of the home and can be used on a scheduled basis. There is off street parking in the alley in front of my garage for one vehicle and street parking is available as well. Keyless entry through the front door.
Neighborhood overview
This property is in an older established neighborhood in the center of Fargo. It is very close to Main roads so easy access to main thoroughfares with quick travel to all medical facilities. It is in the upper level of my home and in a quiet neighborhood.
