This property is very clean, comfortable, and centrally located. The landlord is extremely accommodating making sure all my needs were met. She went out of her way to ensure my comfort. The master bed was very comfortable, tv's in both bedrooms, kitchen had all necessities and the outside patio is pretty private for you to relax and enjoy the Colorado outdoors. I would recommend this apartment, rate it a 5 and would stay again.

We appreciated the convenient location and the effort put into keeping the home well stocked. The property is part of a multi-unit setup with the landlord residing on-site. It is managed in a hands-on and proactive manner, with consistent communication and clear expectations. Due to the shared layout and on-site presence, there is regular interaction in day-to-day activity, including deliveries and use of shared areas such as the laundry room and outdoor spaces. There are also scent sensitivities; however, products were provided to accommodate this. This setup may be best suited for those comfortable with a more structured and actively managed living environment. We appreciated our time there and the care taken in maintaining the home.
