Great apartment in a great location!
My husband and I stayed here for 3 months and absolutely loved the apartment. It's in a great location, walking distance to a lot of restaurants and coffee shops near downtown. A cozy space with everything you need for a short or long stay. Landlord was always available via text or phone call if needed and very quick to respond. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again in the future.

Great stay with fantastic views
This place is an absolute dream to live in. The location is great , five minutes from downtown. The management here is so welcoming and they always pick up the phone with any questions that may arise . The office is really convenient as well with a coffee machine that has free coffee every morning as well as a TV and even a ping-pong table if my roomate and I want play . The amenities here are fantastic as well with modern appliances and the 65 inch flat screen TV was a really nice touch. as well . The porch sliding door opens up to a beautiful view of the Colorado mountains on the third floor . This place definitely is well deserving of a five star review !! We will definitely stay here again for sure
