We are a family of 4, (2 adults, 2 teens). We have a quiet home where we work/attend school during the day, typical after school / evening activities and asleep by 10pm.

The apartment is attached to our home. We live on a dead-end dirt road not far from all local amenities. There are 3 private acres, large open yard, and walking trails in the woods. We have 2 dogs and 1 cat (all very friendly) that roam the property.
