Beautiful restoration of historic building. Located within short walking distance of Old Town, Anacortes. Dining and shopping just steps away. It has views of Dakota Creek Shipyard,Guemes Channel ,Mount Baker ,sunsets etc. The space is full of sunlight. The rent is 3400 dollars a month with a 6 month lease. No Pets allowed. All utilities paid by owner.

The space is on the second floor . There is no elevator. The washer/dryer is located on the second floor but are shared . It has a large living/dining area with a direct view of the shipyard, and Guemes channel. The view is incredible but sometimes the shipyard activity can be noisy. Three bedrooms each with a queen bed. One and 1/2 bath.
