this is a spacious 2 story townhome. I recently redid the patio and so now there is a nice place to have morning coffee outside and watch the birds. Also, there is a garage where I park my car, however, tenants can use for some storage.

I do have 2 very friendly cats who run the house. However, you can just shut your door and they will not need to be in your space.
