Perfect fully furnished rental
My daughter stayed here for 3 months while doing an internship at Vandenberg AFB. It is a perfect unit for 1 or 2 people to stay. Plenty of room inside. Large living area, kitchen which is fully stocked with pans, dishes utensils. Microwave and coffee maker. 2 bedrooms with beds and bedding. Full laundry room with washer and dryer. Completely separate unit from the main house with its own entrance Large driveway. It even has a private courtyard with lawn furniture. The hosts are super nice people. The house is located close to everything. Montes from the local shopping area. If you are looking to get a short term or long term rental in Santa maria, this place is perfect. It's completely furnished. TV, Wi-Fi Internet. We loved it and had no complaints. It's very roomy, clean and safe.
