Small space and felt claustrophobic. I found cockroaches multiple times. I was told it was my fault for not cleaning the drain. I cleaned it regularly. They claimed they were water cockroaches, but I never saw them near water only near my bed and in the attached laundry room. They looked like regular roaches. On Thanksgiving night after work, I got locked out. When I called, I was told to wait outside until they figured something out since no one was home. I ended up sitting in my car and eventually had to enter through the backyard. Before moving in, I asked if my mom or sister could stay when visiting and was told it would be fine. When my sister actually came, they said it would cost $50 per night. At checkout they tried charging $90 for a small wall mark caused by an flimsy AC remote hook they had installed that fell off my first week. They ended up charging about $30 bc they found some paint. The stay felt uncomfortable and poorly handled because of the roaches/extra fees.
