Private room in Everett, Washington
Landlord Tenure: 2 years, 11 months
This property is very quiet, there is a green space on north and east of the house (your windows look out to that) and no neighbor noise on the other side. I have a 7lb senior dog and a 10 year old boy with me every other week and we're all pretty quiet. We're located very close to hospitals. There's a very nice renovated kitchen if you need to cook or do food prep. Close to downtown and the waterfront in historic North Everett.
A large room upstair in a historic Craftsman. The shared bathroom is a beautifully renovated space (see photos) Having experience with airbnb guests, I have noticed that there are no issues with sharing, as my schedule is very flexible. On the main floor there is a renovated kitchen combined with tv/family room, and another large living and dining area. The front door is a keypad. Contact me if you prefer renting via airbnb.
Located a 5 minute walk from the Providence birthing hospital, and an 8 minute drive to Providence Hospital. Beautiful and walkable Port Gardner neighborhood in North Everett.=
Highly Recommended
I had an absolutely wonderful and comfortable stay at this property! The host, Bethel, was incredibly hospitable and always went above and beyond to help whenever needed. 2 large windows in the cozy bedroom which gave you a fantastic tree views. The bathroom, kitchen, and living rooms are beautiful and recently renovated. I love to relax in the living room on my lunch breaks and simply enjoy the view of the backyard for an hour. You feel like you are living in the forest by looking out the windows, but actually only 5min walk to hospitals and 15min walk to the town. Also a 5min walk to the shoreline, offering beautiful ocean views. The hosts pet Pekingese, Annie, is absolutely adorable and definitely added a special touch to the experience. Overall, I highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a relaxing and welcoming stay! And I will definitely stay here again if I need a short-term rental in the future. It's a true hidden gem.
