My favorite parts of this property are the friendly neighbors, safety and security I feel at home & the beauty all around the home that comes from the old growth redwoods, oaks and mountains close by. There are bikes available for a cruise on the local trails. Its a 6 minute walk to downtown outstanding restaurants, shops, bakeries . We are 20-30 min drive from the beach (off peak traffic).
