Highly Recommend!!

I had an incredible 1-month stay here while working at a nearby hospital. It's a very modern-feeling ADU with up-to-date appliances and pretty much everything you need for a small home. The place was incredibly clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Ruby was a great host! She was quick to respond to any questions regarding the space and provided recommendations for things to do in the area which was a cool/nice touch. Kitchen was stocked with the kitchenware I needed, as was the bathroom space. It felt private with its own entrance and patio to sit out on behind the gate. Parking was easily accessible on the street; never had an issue finding parking. The area itself was nice, quiet, and safe. Plenty of things like coffee shops, parks, or gyms in the area to go to. If I ever need to come stay in SD again I would hope to stay here again!

Great spot - highly recommend

I stayed here for about 3 months after moving from out of state, and it was honestly the perfect spot to get acclimated to San Diego. The place looks exactly like the pictures, which I appreciated right away, and the location is great- super convenient to everything. The living space itself is really comfortable and had everything I needed to feel settled in long-term. It was also very clean, and the neighborhood was quiet the entire time- no noise issues at all. Parking was always easy since I could park right in front of the house, and the area felt very safe. Ruby was a great landlord as well- respectful, helpful, and easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, this was exactly what I needed during my transition and I’d definitely recommend it.

Beautiful Guesthouse!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience renting this guesthouse for one month. Ruby was professional and responsive the entire time I was there. The guesthouse was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. It was fully furnished with everything I needed to feel comfortable and at home right away. The detached layout provided the perfect balance of privacy and convenience, and the space was quiet, safe, and incredibly relaxing. The location in San Diego was ideal — close to everything while still feeling peaceful and residential. Any time I had a question, Ruby responded promptly and was always kind and accommodating. I would rent here again without hesitation and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed place to stay in San Diego.
