Apartment is convenient located to highways/ hospitals and the bed is very comfortable! Ample space for your own things and a lot of natural sunlight!

Amazing Spot, Awesome Landlord!

Stayed here for two months for the ski season. First off, I'd like to say Efaz is such a great landlord. He made the whole experience super smooth and made sure we felt comfortable while at the apartment, providing us with all we could need and more to feel at home. Also, top-notch communication skills. He always answered any questions we had promptly. The place is exactly like pictured and is super cozy. The bed is really comfortable, as is the couch, and the kitchen is well stocked, so we didn't have to buy extra things. I feel lucky this was my first furnished finder experience. If you are here to ski/snowboard, it's only 30 minutes from the resorts in the cottonwoods and a quick 15-minute drive to downtown. Lastly, if you are bringing your pets, this is a great place for them. The complex is great for short walks with pups, and there are a bunch of great parks in the area. Would definitely stay here again if we are back in SLC!

Very attentive landlords

I stayed here while on a contract. It is very close to the facility I worked at. The place was clean and then landlord was very attentive and helpful with anything that came up during my stay. Very pet friendly, which was great for my two little dogs. The place had everything you need for your stay.

I stayed here while on assignment at Intermountain Medical Center, and it was the perfect home away from home. Communication with the landlord, Efaz, was always smooth and effortlesshe was quick to respond, professional, and made the entire process stress-free. The apartment itself was exceptionally well stocked with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches. Overall, this rental made my time at TOSH so much easier, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and well-managed place to stay.
