They Held Some of My Deposit Illegally
No cleaning fee was disclosed (illegal in AZ to create one unilaterally after the fact) and the landlord unilaterally decided to just withhold part of my deposit with zero proof that it was warranted (illegal in AZ). A train is literally right behind the property and you will hear every step that the upstairs neighbor takes (especially if they are night owls because they came to party at ASU). They will wake you up.
