Fully separate apartment with its own entrance, parking, & patio. The apartment is the ground floor of our home, but it is not accessible from upstairs. The space is wholly yours.
There is one full bedroom, as well as a bonus room that can be used for guests and/or an office. There are, of course, a living room, eat-in kitchen, bathroom -- all fully stocked.
