A nice quiet month here was just what I needed!
Andrea was a gracious host. Had a very accurate description of the room she was offering, it was clean and quiet and on a cul-de-sac. Always has parking right near the house. Great neighborhood and neighborhood market nearby. Great parks and bayshore areas all nearby within walking distance. The house was well equipped and comfortable without being cluttered, and there were no unpleasant surprises. She always got right back with me on text and made the renting process very streamlined. Her son Ian was very helpful and attentive as well while I was there. I would stay again if the need arises! Thanks!
