Our spot is a quiet, studio suite in the backyard of our family property. The suite has a side entrance, privacy from the home in front and a back area that is only for your use! Our home is located very centrally so it takes about 3-5 minutes to get to most of the centrally located hospitals and are a 10-15 minute drive from downtown, the beach, east county, north county and a ton of local hotspots. Parking is a breeze.

The suite is located in behind our family home, has a separate entrance through the side gate and a private back area for use as well.

Perfect little studio!
This little studio was absolutely perfect for just me during my travel contract. It was the easiest 4 minute commute to Rady's (and Scripps I'm sure). Hannah and Kevin are so warm and welcoming and truly made sure I felt safe, at home, and taken care of. They really did provide everything I needed in the studio - I did not need to bring ANY cleaning / kitchen supplies etc. Would highly recommend if you're traveling on your own!!
