Serene property and wonderful landlords
This is a gorgeous place in a beautiful part of the world, North Topsail. The access to one of the nicest beaches I have seen, the view of the intracoastal waterway and ocean from the front porch is amazing, and all aspects of the stay were smooth. The owners are delightful folks that are so easy to work with sharing thorough details on the unit. Great kitchen, comfortable mattresses, lots of storage space for clothes and stuff and helpful instructions on places to eat. Gave 100% of deposit back and granted access a week after moving out to find a couple of things we left in the unit. Note there is not an elevator so be prepared for climbing 3 flights. Two thumbs up!
