My husband and I renovated it in 2016. Adding a rustic look with a huge deck. Gas fireplace, heated floors in bathroom and a heat pump. It is only available from October through mid April when we are in Florida. The loft and garage are not available for your use, but the 2nd floor is very spacious and has everything you need. We run a residential care home in the large Victorian home which is a separate building.
Space
The 2nd floor is well furnished with a living room/dining room/full kitchen open concept. The loft is the owners private quarters and is vacant when rented
