Amazing first-floor condo in the Catalina Foothills! The location is ideal— the gated community adds an extra level of security to the already safe and luxurious neighborhood. The amenities are a huge bonus - access to two pools, grilling areas and an on-site gym. Within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and even a grocery store, which made daily life incredibly easy. Beautiful mountain views from inside and outside the unit, and a few golf courses just a short walk away. The space itself is newly renovated, spotless, and beautifully furnished with everything you could need (cookware, dishes, glasses, tons of linens, even pool towels!) The beds are incredibly comfortable, the water pressure is great with reliable hot water, and there are plenty of windows that bring in natural light and fresh air. I worked night shifts during my stay and never had any issues sleeping during the day. If it is available, RENT!!
