Furnished Private Walkout Apartment Near River Arts District

Peaceful AVL Rental

I had to find a furnished medium-long term rental in Asheville on two occasions so I did a lot of research on rentals in the area, and I don't think you can do better than this. The hosts, Melanie and Brian, were very friendly and accommodating. They made me feel right at home, telling me to help myself to the herb garden and asking me to join them a couple times for grill nights on their deck. Blue, their dog, was equally friendly and would often run to the fence to say hi when I was returning from work. The unit is a little small, (par for the course for a reasonably priced rental in AVL) but with a big comfy bed, large bathroom, full size fridge, closet with some extra storage space, and private space to hang out outside. The neighborhood their house was in was lovely. It was far enough from downtown that I never heard nightlife noise on the weekends like I did in my previous rental. It was also very walkable with generally light/slow traffic. 10/10, would definitely rent again!
