Living Room is large with lots of comfy couches. The tv comes with a dvd player & Chromecast. An adjacent private deck with sunloungers and additional dining is located thru the sliding doors.

The main lounge tv comes with a dvd player and Chromecast allowing you to stream content from your phone, tablet, or computer to the TV via Wi-Fi.
Plus a large collection of DVD's for those cozy movie nights.

The lounge has an electric fireplace for some nice ambience in the evenings. This can be used with or, without the heat setting. We also have a large collection of dvd's for your enjoyment.

The living room has a 4 person high top dining table adjacent to the kitchen. In addition there is a dining table for 4 on the private deck through the sliding glass doors.

The full kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, stove top, microwave & refrigerator. A Brita water jug in the fridge and a countertop ice maker. It is fully stocked with pans, glassware, dishware & utensils.

A coffee/tea station has been set up for you in the kitchen. This includes a drip coffee maker and an electric kettle.

The full bathroom on the ground floor unit consists of a sink, large counter top, toilet and whirlpool tub with shower. Towels, shampoo, conditioner and soap are provided.

The ground floor bedroom contains a king size bed. There is also a desk and office chair.

Our large screened patio has a full size pool table, seating, bistro lights, small portable BBQ & a washer & dryer.

A wooden terrace is adjacent to the lounge are thru the sliding doors. A dining table & 2 sun loungers. Private & peaceful surrounded by tropical foliage.

The 2nd floor unit bathroom consists of a sink, toilet and bathtub with shower. Towels, shampoo, conditioner and soap are provided.

Bedroom 3 is located on the 2nd floor and consists of twin size bunk beds, side table with a lamp and an armchair. This bedroom has its own window a/c unit, a closet with hangers & tv.

The 2nd floor hallway leads to two bedrooms, and either a fourth bedroom or, 2nd living room and a full bathroom.
