Do not do it!!!
Do NOT live here!!!! High crime and they will do ANYTHING for you not to leave. First of all they don’t allow subleases or sublets. They expect the sublease or sublet to sign for a year even though you only did 3 months ( I’m a healthcare traveler.) Ex: If you have 1-2 months left on your contract they expect 4xs the rent as a penalty which is $8,000. Dirty place as well!!!! DO NOT LIVE HERE. They market it as move in ready for travelers and they had nothing ready for us. We had to buy our own towels, our own cups, plates, utensils. We sent multiple emails for them to provide us with a TV. Save yourself the time and money and look for a different place especially if you are looking for a move in ready place as a healthcare worker.
