Property feels rural in a metropolis adjacent neighborhood. There are plenty of pine and cedar trees. Local wildlife include bunnies, coyotes, the occasional bobcat, birds, and squirrels. If you enjoy hiking, fresh air, easy access to city and beach while feeling safe and surrounded by nature, this is an excellent fit.
Space
The Topanga Canyon Guest House is a peaceful home away from home. It is full of natural light and windows framed by pine and cedar trees. It has a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and lots of good vibes. Our family of three (including our parrot= 4) lived comfortably in it during our home renovation.
