My go to place when in Portland!

Comfy , well appointed , super clean. My office is in Johns Landing , by OHSU. I jump on I5 quickly to get in. The neighborhood is very safe and really nice to walk . There is plenty of parking . The yard —wonderful. Having a bright private office makes this a step above other rentals in this price range. In the am i make coffee and toast in my little kitchen area and when i wanted to do BIG cooking the main kitchen is great. 1st time I stayed was for work. It was a great fit. 2nd time was different. I was diagnosed w/ cancer & my treatments were in Portland. Gabrielle and her bungalow were the sanctuary i needed to deal with the brutality of those treatments. Gabrielle is an extremely responsive and dedicated host. The house is kept immaculately clean but there is nothing rigid about it. Someone described her and her house an “a unicorn” when it came to rentals. I agree PS - i just got diagnosed as “cancer free” :-)

This home sets the bar

Gabrielle has provided a space so warm and welcoming that if I ever moved to Portland, I would want to be her neighbor! There is no person as considerate or kind and her home is equally so! The set up is perfect with the bedroom being a separate from the office which allows charting in a roomy space. Living room & bathroom comfy/cozy as heck. Kitchenette set up is full of everything u need and she wants you to feel free to use upstairs kitchen and spaces as u please:) Telling u now.. She has set the bar My next travel position would have to be a resort to make me this comfortable ! Very quiet house! Neighborhood shops and restaurants are fabulous!

Highly recommended hidden gem

During a recent stay in Portland I was lucky enough to stay at Gabrielles, after she was recommended by a friend. I found her property well appointed, clean, very comfortable, and in a neighborhood that felt safe and walkable. She is responsive to questions, and is a host I enthusiastically recommend.
