Amazing spot in South Park!

Jason's place in South Park is a total hidden gem. The unit is on the smaller side but everything is so well thought out that you never feel it. Great storage, updated throughout, and has everything you need. Really comfortable and easy to settle into. The neighborhood is quiet and tucked away but yet you are 10 to 15 minutes from the beach, amazing food, and pretty much everything San Diego has to offer. Best of both worlds! Jason as a landlord is honestly the best part. Super responsive, took care of anything that came up right away, and just genuinely a great host. You can tell he takes pride in the place and actually cares. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a great spot in San Diego.

Lovely studio!

Clean and quiet studio with lots of storage! I stayed here during a travel assignment and always felt safe and slept well between night shifts. There’s plenty of street parking right in front of the studio and the neighborhood was overall quiet. Jason was always friendly and respectful and quick to respond to any questions. He added a fence that made a closed-in patio area specifically for the studio which gave it more privacy and was a nice addition. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would recommend Jason and his studio to anyone looking to explore San Diego!
