Lovely 4 bedroom, 4 bath house, with access to outdoor space. Each bedroom has an attached private bathroom and its own entrance. Kitchen is shared with a max. of 4 guests, sometimes only 1 as travel nurses and medical students are on a 30 or 90 day rotation. Tenants are all respectful, professional and quiet.

Cozy bedroom, easy access to public transportation, kind landlady
If you are a medical student looking for a short/long term stay which is centrally located and has easy access to public transportation, I highly recommend this property! I did not drive throughout my stay and was still able to commute to all my hospital rotations with ease. Lorena was kind, attentive and responded to any concerns I had promptly. She was the best and genuinely worked to make my stay as comfortable as possible! I ended up staying here for 13 months (longer than I initially planned) and had no complaints whatsoever. Even though it's a 4 bedroom house, I barely ran into other tenants. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which is a huge plus. I was able to study in my room for all my exams given how quiet the space is. I felt safe throughout my stay and would definitely stay here again :D !
