Bruce is a fantastic host

I stayed with Bruce for three months. It was a great experience. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and clean. It’s perfect for one person. The kitchen is well-equipped; I had everything that I needed. The bathroom is a good size. The living room is comfortable. The bedroom has black-out shades. Bruce is very helpful and friendly. He would check in regularly to see if I needed anything and brought me more hangers the day after I asked. He cleared the snow off of my car on a very chilly morning. The heat works well and there are ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room. He has stocked the apartment with q-tips, paper towels, napkins, plates, bowls, pots, pans, dish soap, sponges, bars of soap. I lacked for nothing. I felt very safe. His basement apartment is just an easy 7 minute drive to the university. I will be staying here again. Thank you, Bruce!

Quiet, comfortable, convenient for travelling med students/nurses

I had an amazing experience renting from Bruce. From start to finish, communication was clear, quick, and professional. The place was exactly as described - clean, comfortable, safe, and fully furnished with everything I needed as a traveling medical student. Any time I had a question or small concern, it was addressed right away, which made my stay completely stress free. The location was convenient, quiet, and perfect for hospital shifts and studying. I truly appreciated how thoughtful and accommodating Bruce was throughout my stay. I would 100% recommend renting from him and would absolutely stay here again in the future.
