Its comfortable and pretty. Balcony and back deck to boot. Balcony has a wonderful view of Anchorage, especially at night. There are biking/walking trails nearby and a dog park, and a kids park, basketball hoops/ice rink, etc all within a mile. Can see the living space from all halls upstairs. Garbage, water, internet are all included. Guest pays gas/electric. All is 5 star rated.
