Fantastic Space, Landlord, and Surroundings

Really special space. Super clean and well-equipped. Steve is very kind and accommodating. Proximity to Carrboro and Chapel Hill is fantastic, with the place still feeling peaceful and private. There are trails a few blocks away that run for miles that are also phenomenal. Thanks for a great stay, Steve!

Great Place!!!

I had the pleasure of being the first renter of this spacious, quiet apartment during my recovery. My wife and I were very blessed to be able to stay at this very clean apartment. Recovering from a transplant presented challenges that we were concerned about. This apartment checked all our boxes it was clean, close to UNC, and a quiet place to have an opportunity to rest and recover. It was a very short commute to the hospital but far enough from the city traffic noise. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood that has sidewalks for you to walk and jog. The apartment has plenty of room for two people. Steve was always attentive to any needs that came up and took care of all our concerns in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone.
