Nestled at the top of the Bear River canyon in a quiet neighborhood. 5 minutes to I-80 and Hwy 174, making the commute to Sutter Auburn Faith or Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital 25 minutes. Less than 5 minutes from downtown Colfax.
The neighborhood was part of a fire 4 years ago, so there are not many homes, but we are lucky to have trees to shade the back patio and provide a bit of privacy.
