Remodeled charming 3bed/2bath downtown

Amazing home in CS! 10/1,000 would recommend

I am a traveling MRI technologist and stayed at Julie's home with my boyfriend for six months. It was the most amazing location and beautiful house that we could have asked for for our stay in Colorado springs! Julie is attentive and responsive to any questions that we had. The house is immaculate and beautifully laid out. It truly made us feel like we were home. The location is amazing for an individual who is going to be working for the common spirit hospital system. There are so many things to do around the area and more and more is developing each day. I could not speak more highly of Julie and her beautiful Home. The location of the house is perfect any type of exploring you can imagine on your days off. Pikes Peak is right in your backyard. There's a ton of Hiking, and Denver and ski resorts are not far. If I ever get a contract in Colorado Springs again I will definitely request to stay here if it's available . Thank you Julie for such an amazing home and experience!

Right in the center of town

Perfect place for traveling. Lots of space in the home to hang out in with each room having its own personality. Right in the center of everything. Great being able to bike to down town or down the road to some shops or the Vasa gym. Was able to walk to the hospital for work since it is just a block away for night shift. And able to sleep without any disturbances during the day in this quiet neighborhood despite some main roads nearby. And to top it all off Julie is an amazing person to rent from or otherwise. She has a daughter who is an RN and understands exactly what we go through. 10/10
