My wife and I had the privilege of being Jade and Josh's first tenants, and we could not have asked for a better experience. The home was comfortable, well cared for, and exactly what we needed during an important season of our lives. What we will remember most, though, is not the house. It is the people. Jade and Josh were kind, responsive, understanding, and always willing to help. More than that, they treated us with genuine care. Over the past year, they became much more than landlords to us. They became friends. In a world where so many relationships feel transactional, Jade and Josh reminded us that there are still good people who want to do right by others. If you are considering staying at one of their properties, do not hesitate. You will be renting a wonderful home from two of the kindest people we have had the privilege of knowing.
