Nightmare -warning to my nurses

I rented a room expecting a quiet, safe, furnished home. Instead, it was extremely stressful. The owner was very loud (phone, TV, music, alarm left on all day). The dog was a nightmareconstant barking at every movement, day and night, and the owner encouraged it by babytalking. Unexpected people came by. Parking was often blocked, amenities were misrepresented, and odors, marijuana noise, and an unsafe neighborhood made it unlivable. Not worth $1,300.
