The available space is a single room on the bottom floor of our house with its own entryway, a dedicated parking spot, its own patio, and a private bathroom. It does not access the rest of the house, so we've provided some cooking and cleaning essentials. We're also happy to provide laundry service when we're home, for a small fee per load.
