Amazing Flat!
I had the honor to live in this space for 6 months during a work contract in Memphis. It's got so much room, the yard is beautiful, lots of storage space and Brisa is an incredibly attentive and understanding property manager. Any little issue I ran into she was there in moments ready to solve it however she needed to. The biggest con of this space is the lack of oven/stove (there are appliances to make up for this and honestly, if you know how to work an air fryer/mobile oven you will be just fine). If I am ever back in Memphis I am going to pray that this space is available again. I would rent it every single time.
