One room in a 2-bed condo available in Simi Valley

There is only one person (myself) lives in the condo. There is plenty storage space I have. Washer and dryer are in the laundry room downstairs by the garage. It works with coins. Neighbors are quiet and peaceful. Vons and Starbucks are 5 min walk, and all the major shops (Trader Joe's, Target, Sprouts, Staples, banks) are 10 min drive away in one place. No pets. No smoking.
