We are one block from the yellow line of the MAX that goes directly downtown and 2 blocks from New Seasons grocery store. Parking is available on the street.
Space
This cabin is well designed for efficient living with high ceilings and lots of windows. The new queen bed is ultra comfortable. The covered deck looks out on a giant spruce tree and a full fenced yard for optimal privacy. The deck has a full dining table, couple Adirondack chairs and a grill to enjoy the outdoors. There is a closet, a desk, a the kitchenette with all your basic needs and a beautiful tiled walk-in shower.
Neighborhood overview
This detached studio with a fully fenced in yard is in the Overlook neighborhood. It is one block from the MAX Yellow line that goes directly downtown. It is two blocks from New Seasons (grocery store) and a few blocks to Peninsula Park. There are also restaurants, bars and a yoga studio just at the end of the block.

Tiny House, Big Yard
I lived in the tiny house with my dog for 8 months and really enjoyed it. It has everything you'll need and laundromats nearby. When it's warm, the doors can be opened to the yard to help open the space, and when it's rainy there are plenty of south facing windows to let the light in. A space heater and window AC unit keep the space comfortable any time of year. The yellow Max line stops at killingsworth about an 8 minute walk away, and there's plenty of shops/bars/restaurants to walk to. Erin has been great and responsive throughout my stay, and I would definitely recommend it if you're looking for something simple, well designed, and in a great location.
