My experience with Mr. Simon on December 2025
I rented 2nd floor master bedroom with Mr. Simon for 1 month ( December 2025 ) and I can tell that this month was one of most amazing things I have in US. Mr. Simon is really friendly and open minded. I called him (Mr.) first then with time we used to call each other ( bro). He even helped me everytime I asked for assisstance and even we had dinner together many times. By the end of the month I consider him not only a landlord but a new friend to me. House is clean and room is in good condition. bed is comfortable and Kitchen is big and supplied with things I needed. Neighboorhood is safe even at night and neighbours are friendly too. I highly recommend this rent for anybody needs comfortable and calm house environment.
