This is a loft apartment above a barn with no current livestock. There is an outdoor cat that prowls the premises. Peaceful setting in a quiet neighborhood. If you have a horse, we can talk boarding. Pets are welcome but dogs must be leashed whenever outside the apartment.

One dog or cat allowed. Must remain on leash when outside. Well water and power up to $250 included. Heat pump/AC and AC window unit.

Quiet neighborhood with private streets located about 5 miles from UNC/Carrboro/Chapel Hill. This is a loft apartment above a barn. There are currently no horses in the barn but we have an outdoor cat on patrol.

Don't miss out on this unique, peaceful apartment

This rental is located in the most beautiful, peaceful neighborhood with safe, private roads to walk. You won't find a better Landlady than Kate - she's helpful & generous in all the ways! This apartment is spacious, sunny, and well-appointed. The Southern Village park & ride is only a 10-minute drive away. Plenty of parking and bountiful storage space. I would return without hesitation. 5 gold stars!!

Private Paradise

From a wonderfully secluded area, to a beautiful loft, and amazing hosts, you can't ask for a better stay that this. As a professional who has to stay in areas for extended periods, this loft was perfect in every way; for someone who just wants a beautiful weekend getaway or happens to be in town, it will be perfect for you too. Kate and Ted are wonderful hosts and mad this place feel just like home for me and my dog! If you have a chance to stay here, absolutely take it!
