Adorable bungalow in Old Seminole Heights, close to downtown Tampa, hospitals, universities - perfect for a couple of small family

Perfect home for a long term stay!!!

I was in Tampa for about 5 months for a work contract and absolutely loved everything about this home! Upon arriving, it was so clean and all the furniture in the home was super nice and comfortable. My boyfriend and I loved the mattress in the master bedroom!! It had everything I needed for a long term stay and was fully stocked. I loved all the closet space and dressers for storage for my clothes and other belongings. My pup loved the fenced in backyard and the screened patio, as she loves to just lounge in the fresh air. Melissa was also great, she was responsive and always helpful when I had any questions. I would easily stay here again if I was back in Tampa, it felt like home and Melissa and her husband did a great job at making this spot feel like a home. Thanks again for everything!!

Excellent host & beautiful property!

I had a wonderful stay and Melissa was an amazing host! The house was well equipped with everything I needed for a month long stay as a student on a clinical rotation, including kitchen supplies, linens, toiletries, laundry supplies, and more. The house is very spacious, and the dedicated work space and screened-in patio were great to have! Melissa was very communicative, accommodating, and available if I needed anything.
