Situated in the Historic Hall Park Allotment. Where the curvature of the brick Avenue that the home sits on follows the path of a horse racing track that existed there from the middle 1800's until the Allotment was created in the early 1900's. This craftsman style home was completed in 1918 by J. Harry Dies, a prominent home builder in Akron for himself, his wife and seven children. Who stayed there until about 1952.

Fantastic Place to Stay. Highly Recommend.
Couldn't recommend this place more. I stayed for 5 months while I looked for a more permanent residence and had a fantastic experience. Clean, safe, quiet, spacious and beautiful historic home, right in the middle of everything. Also want to give a shoutout to the landlords. They were friendly, easy to work with, attentive and responsive. Despite loving my new home, this place will be missed.
