Newly Renovated Modern Waikiki Studio -All Utilities-AC/WiFi - Close to Beach

I have been here for a few months and it's centrally located less then 10 min walk to Waikiki beach. Really nice if you like to surf. It's a small space but has everything you need. Kathy is super responsive and attentive as well. Restaurants and target are super close. I would stay again.

Waikiki Gem

I will forever speak to how grateful I am to have found Kathy and this place. She is such an attentive host and ensures that guests are taken care of. She treats her living spaces as if she stays in them herself with attention and great detail. Little issues like faulty light switches were handled diligently and quickly. If you’re looking for a compact spot that is just the essentials and central to everything Waikiki this is where you want to be. You can tell it’s newly renovated and very modern compared to other rentals in the area. Her places are equipped with cleaning supplies, kitchen essentials, and other things. The neighborhood is quiet and just 2 blocks from the beach. I also found it just an easy walking commute to grocery, gyms and shopping!

Short term lease for work

Kathy has been wonderful to work with! She was very easy to communicate with, always responded quickly, and was able to accommodate any needs I had throughout my stay. The unit was well-furnished with everything I needed, and it was a comfortable space for me to live in for a couple of months. Highly recommend!

LOVE...LIFE SAVER FOR ME

I moved to Honolulu from the mainland for a job opportunity and was living in a hotel. I found one of Kathy's furnished units (in the same building as the one listed). It had everything I needed and more. Unit was freshly renovated. Wonderful shower with waterfall shower head, brand new kitchen, full-sized refrigerator, TV, armoire, dresser, queen bed. I was able to nab my unit & I am so thankful I did. Perfect location for me. I am in walking distance to get groceries and any other shopping that i may need. Kathy has been wonderful in making sure I have everything I need and has made me feel at home. I appreciate her attention to detail & would recommend anyone looking for a furnished studio with a short term lease to give her a call.
