The best experience I've ever had!!

Let me just start by saying that Shemika the host is beyond amazing! She provides a clean and very peaceful environment. I love that she welcomed me with a nice welcome gift that was very meaningful and actually made me emotional because it was that special. My time here was very much a very long vacation because of the environment that Shemika provides for her guest. The house decor gives resort living, which made it feel like a vacation. The housekeeping was 10 out of 10 service! I promise you you will enjoy your stay and will not want to leave.! Shemika is beyond the sweetest host I've ever encountered and I promise you will leave better than when you came! I sure did!

Quiet and serene in Bay Point

Owner is super friendly and bubbly, she gives you as much privacy as you want. Loved this house and neighborhood! Very walkable with hills and views, quiet night and day (which is much appreciated as a nightshifter), blackout curtains also did their job too. Close to freeway access and grocery stores. The house and room is exactly as it is pictured. Super comfy bed with under bed storage. Monthly house cleaning is an added (and unexpected) perk as well as access to the alarm system so it felt VERY secure and safe!

I stayed here for a 6-month work assignment in California and had a wonderful experience. The place was affordable, quiet, and spotless exactly what I needed. The landlord was amazing: always quick to communicate, answered all of my questions, and even supplied essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, and laundry detergent.
