This property checks so many boxes. Everything is brand new or lightly used when I moved in and works perfectly. Theres a private entrance on the site of the house that gives a lot of privacy and security. The screen door the landlord installed in May is perfect for the summer and brings a lot of fresh air into the unit. The unit also stays on the cooler side and never gets too hot but if there is a particular heat wave there is a fully functioning heater and ac unit. The landlord is super responsive if you need help with anything and is very kind I always feel like I can chat with him about anything in regards to the unit. Theres ample street parking and acc as to the shared outdoor patio with the neighbor and landlords unit with a grill. The landlord also upkeeps the property often so everything is pristine. I had a great experience living here!
