The house was built by myself, I'm a licensed builder.
I built the house with a lot of detail, oak wood trim around windows, doors and kickboards. The main floor, is ceramic tile, and the second floor has vaulted ceilings, and is completely carpeted, except for the main bathroom upstairs.
